It operates through the following segments: Non-life and General Insurance, Properties and Investment, Retail and Microfinance Bank, and Vehicle Tracking Services. The Non-life and General Insurance segment covers all contracts over a short contractual term. The Properties and Investment segment undertakes real estate development projects and offers finance lease facilities to meet the needs of individuals and corporate bodies. The Retail and Microfinance Bank segment offers financial services in retail and microfinance banking. The Vehicle Tracking Services segment offers and installs vehicle tracking and fleet management products on daily basis. The company was founded on June 16, 1993 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
